Home-Based Casework provides individualized support to families in their home and community. Services focus on improving family stability, addressing barriers to success, connecting families with community resources, enhancing parenting skills, developing life skills, and creating lasting solutions that promote child safety and family well-being.
Our Supervised Parenting Time services provide a safe, structured environment for parents and children to maintain meaningful relationships while ensuring the child’s safety and well-being. Trained professionals observe interactions, provide constructive feedback when appropriate, and document visits in accordance with court and DCS requirements.
Our Parent Education program equips parents and caregivers with practical skills to strengthen family relationships and create safe, nurturing home environments. Participants learn positive discipline techniques, effective communication, child development, conflict resolution, and strategies that promote healthy emotional and behavioral growth.
Our Truancy Services help identify and address the underlying factors contributing to chronic school absenteeism. Working collaboratively with students, parents, schools, and community partners, we develop individualized strategies that improve attendance, promote academic success, strengthen family accountability, and support long-term educational achievement.
Our Domestic Violence Services provide compassionate, trauma-informed support to individuals and families affected by domestic violence. Services focus on safety planning, education, healthy relationship development, empowerment, emotional support, and connecting clients with community resources that promote healing and long-term stability.
Our Therapy services provide a supportive, confidential environment where individuals, children, and families can address emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Often referred to as Homemaker, this service provides instrumental activities of daily living for participants in their home. It provides services to clients involving companionship, personal care, transfer assist, errands, cleaning, and other housekeeping functions.
Caregivers, personal care aides, or companions, commonly referred to as Personal Attendants play a vital role in assisting individuals who are elderly, mentally disabled, chronically ill, physically challenged, hospice patients, or patients undergoing recovery.
RFS Non Medical Transporters will provide reliable and safe transportation to and from medical, treatment, and ancillary appointments in a safe, secure and professional manner.
RFS Case Managers will act as an advocate for you within healthcare and social settings. Their main objective is to ensure your overall well-being by providing guidance and support throughout the various processes and regulations associated with your case.
SFC provides financial and supportive services for family (and non-family) caregivers empowering caregivers to care for seniors and those with disabilities who wish to remain at home or in the home of an approved caregiver, rather than become institutionalized in a nursing home.
